The Jacobite Steam Train dispute between West Coast Railway Company and the rail regulator ORR heats up yet again as the operator gets MPs involved. Meanwhile affected tourist businesses criticise WCRC for not complying, meaning that the famous Harry Potter train ‘Hogwarts Express’ journey along Glenfinnan viaduct is stopped indefinitely.

But, there’s good news on the Hope Valley Line as upgrades to Dore & Totley station are completed.
