How to raise safety concerns

It’s really important that the recent media around the safety row at Euston doesn’t prevent people from raising safety concerns if they see them.

CIRAS is the transport sector’s confidential safety helpline for if you feel that you can’t use the internal reporting procedures in your own organisation or you have tried without success. You can raise concerns with them here.

Network Rail has its own Speak Out (whistleblowing) policy for anyone working at or on behalf of NR. You can read the policy and find out how to use Speak Out here.

The Office of Rail and Road also has a whistleblowing policy if you want to raise concerns directly with them. You can read more about how to do that here.
